The line graph depicts the sum inquiries by the Tourist information officer via three means in the year 2011 from January to June.
Generally , it can be seen that the most used means of question by the Tourist officer was face – to- face , whilst the least was by email or letter.
To begin with , in January, more than 400 inquires were obtained in person questions , this rose drastically to 1000 in the middle of March before overtaking phone calls on the first position. The number increased sharply to little above 1800 questions in June. In questionare by telephone started with 900 questions in January but increased to 1000 in April and stood second position at 1600 at the end of the given period.
In contrast, questions by letter or email was second in January with 790 enquires and stood same over the next three months. It decreased to a little above 600 questions . In April gaining information by letter or email was least used as it dropped sharply to just under 400 questions at the end of period.
