In January the percentage of personal requests was lowest among 3 figures beginning with 450, whereas the trend shows consistent increases and reached approximately 1900 in June. Furthermore callers to tourists office started with 900 and experienced slightly fluctuations during the 4 months. After that trend significantly increased and reached its highest level of 1600.

In contrast, letter and email requests were second-highest trend in January at 750, which was witnessed slightly decreasing in 50. However declining is continued till end of the June and reached a low of 350.
