From March onward, in-person inquiries continued to rise significantly, reaching a peak of around 1900, surpassing the other two categories. Telephone inquiries remained steady for a month before experiencing a substantial increase from 1000 to 1600. In contrast, the number of inquiries made by letter or email fell sharply throughout the period, dropping from 790 to 390, making it the lowest among the three categories.
