Based on the graphs, there are more enquuiries by in person compare by letter and by telephone.
From January to February, enquuiries by in person is less than enquuiries by telephone and by letter. The people most prefer to make enquuiries bytelephone and by letter. In my perspection that because January and February are early months on new year. Every people almost be lazy than normal. That is why enquuiries by telephone and by letter more high than by person.
Based on the graph, We also got knowledge that enquuries by letter decreased annualy. In my opinion, that is because enquuiries by email are ussualy slowly. That makes the people cannot prefer to take the enquuiries by email/letter.
In my perception, that Is because the tourists more confident to ask by face to face compared to by virtual similar to by telephone or by letter. More perception about that is feedback by letter usually slow.
