The graph shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.

Here a diamond shape represents the in person enquiries furthermore we can see that it increased exponentially starting from January with slightly more than 400 and increased every month almost 1.5 times more than previous month and eventually in June reaches almost 1900 making it highest in the graph.Then comes the second highest one which is the enquiries over a telephone represented by a triangle shape in the graph.We can see that it was the highest option people chose in January which is almost 900 people.But in February it decreased to 800.Later increased in March and remained same in April too.Afterwards it increased till the month of June which is almost 1600.Finally comes the lowest one which we have seen drastically decreased during these six month period which is the letter/email method represented with a red square shape started at at most 700 and ended at less than 400.

Finally we can say that people like to enquire in person rather than on telephone or by letter/email.
