The diagram elucidates how many people moved to the USA, Canada, and Australia between 1991 and 2001.

From an overall perspective, the USA had the top figure of annual immigration due to a downfall at the end of the period. Additionally, the number of immigrants in two countries Canada and Australia saw similar changes which remained stable throughout the year.

In 1991, the number of settlers in the USA was 1400 people before going up to a peak of 1800 people in one year later. Whereas, a significant decrease of 1000 was recorded in the USA’s annual immigration in 1996. Then, that figure increased to 950 in 1997 followed by a steady fall to 650 in 1999. Finally, the number of newcomers cameback to 850 at the end of the period.

In Canada and Australia, the immigration witnessed a stability in a deacde. With Cananda, the figure started at 200 people and rose to nearly 400 people in 2001. While, in Australia, the number of settlers saw a slight decrease to 100 people compared to Canada’s figure, afterwhich it increased to around 200 people at the end of the period.
