The data displays the amount of enquiries attained by a university admissions office in 2021 , with a duration of 6 months.
Overall we can obtain from this graph chart that the enquiries that were in person and by telephone increased greatly over the months. Whereas enquiries that were by letter/ email steadily decreased. While all three were quite stable throughout the beginning three months, the In person enquires saw the most dramatic rise.
For the first three we can witness that all three ways were quite tame , nothing to dramatic. By telephone enquiries were at approximately 900 in January, into which it then slightly dropped to 800 in the next month. Right before going right back up to 1000 enquiries in March. By letter/emails started at around 750 enquiries in January, however this decrease quite some bit to around 700 just in February. Staying stable for March aswell. In person, starting at the lowest so far just at around 425 enquiries. Surprisingly it kept increasing over the period of two months.
Now from April onwards, we can see that the in person enquiries diverged from the other two mid March. While the others were stable and decreasing, the In person enquiries kept drastically increasing around 400 each month. By telephone also experienced an increase by around 200 enquiries more from April to June. By letter/ email seemed to be decreasing at downwards slope, moreover 200 enquiries less as each month went by.
