The line graph illustrates how many enquiries collected by the Touritst Information Office in a city in six months during 2011.
Overall, the number of enquiries received by phone was the most chosen among others in the early months, albeit it started fluctuating, and enquiries received in person topped. Meanwhile, letter or email enquiries was the least used.
On the one hand, in the month of January and February enquiries collected by telephone was the most chosen at 900 and 800 respectively. Meanwhile, the information received in person was around 410 which made it the least. Although, the category in person was the least in April it had a significant incline to approximately 1300, that surpassed by phone and became the most chosen. Enquiries that were received by phone was stable from March to June at 1000. However, both of the categories by phone and in person increased sharply to 1600 and 1900 respectively.
On the other hand, data that was received by letter or email witnessed slight changes during the period, remaining at 780 in the month of January. Albeit, it had a fluctuation and decreased to 650 in March. From March to May enquiries that had been received by letter and email declined dramatically to 370. However, it remained unchanged in June at 370.
