Overall, face to face enquiries increased most dramatically over the last six months period, while enquiries by email or letter decreased consistently. Telephone also climbed steadily throughout the period.
In January enquiries stood at just under 500. After twoo months, it increased dramatically from 800 to nearly 1300. Subsequently, it grew sharply to just under 1600 in May. Eventually, it reached neraly 2000 by June.
Telephone enquiries had the highest number of intitially at nearly 1000 in January. However, it decreased to 800 in February. It also climbed gradually to 1000 in March. In April it leveled off. Eventually it increased to 1400 in May, and it reached 1600 by June
