The line graph illustrates the number of closed shops and became available shops in a country from 2011 to 2018.
Overall, what’s stands from the graph is that, most shops showed dramatically fall by closing, whereas, there was a significantly decline for opening new shops while the period.
In 2011, there were more new opened shops than closed ones, respectively 9000 by 6500. Until 2014, closures did not stop by closing their shops for just under 7000. While, the number of opening new shops fell back by just 3000 in that year.
In 2015, the number of closed shops collapsed to just under 500 from 6500.
Also, figures for new ones showed slip by 4000. Then, in 2016, closed shops were about just over 5000 with bottom out, whereas, new 4000 shops opened in same year. In the last two years, figures for both closures and openings almost remain unchanged with at around 5000 for closures and 3000 for openings.
