The chart provides information about did not use of internet in five different reasons among Britain households in six several years; 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.
Overall, lack of necessity to usage of the internet experienced a significant increase but in the last year it has decreased but stayed the most dominant reason than other five raesons . A deficiency in skills saw a noticeable rise in the amount of household. However,concerns regarding personal privacy and safety remained the last proportion in all years for amount of households.
In 2008 , no need for internet made up around 32 % and untill 2013 it saw a considerable growth and reached the top 60% but then in 2014 this reason decreased at around 53%.
Next reason was lack of skills accounted at around 15% in 2008 and in 2010 it increased and reached at 22% but until 2013 it was remained without changes. In 2014, this reason experienced a markedly increase and accounted at 32%.
Next two reasons were high equipment and access cost .In 2008, expensive access saw 10% and after flactuated in 2014 accounted 10% again. However, high tool costs decreased in the last year in 2008, it showed at 15% but in 2014, accounted at around 12%.The last reason was privacy or security concerns showed around 3% from 2008 to 2013 but in 2014 it was increased slightily and reached at around 8%.
