The given graph depicts the proportion of self-employed workers of the total workforce in five different countries over a period of a decade.
Overall, it is clear that maximum numbers of workers were found in Turkey which decreased gradually whereas a vast proportion of workers involved from country Russia. Moreover, countries such as Russia, Slovakia and Czech showed an upward trend; however, Greece and Turkey displayed downward trend. Turning to the data, in 1998 there was about 5% workers in Russia which increased slightly and reached approximately 8% after 10 years. Similarly, Slovakia and Czech demonstrate the upward trend which rose from 3% to 12% and 12%-14% respectively from 1998 to 2008.
Additionally, there was a gradual decrease in the percentage of workers from 42% to 34% over a period of 10 years in Greece. Subsequently, in 1998 there were 55% workers recorded which fell down and reaching just below 40% at the end of the given period.
