Overall, I-tron brand was by far the most popular brand but experienced some fluctuations over time. In contrast, STrack brand followed an overall upward trend throughout the period. Although the former brand started as the most popular brend at the beginning of the period, the latter one overtook the former by the end of the period, becoming the most popular product towards the end of the period.
At the start of the period, L-tron stood at approximately 80 points and declined to 25 points in the next year. After increasing dramatically to around 65 points in 1992, the figure continued to rose sharply to 90 in 1994 and declined to around 40 in 1995. By comparison, BT-rack began at 25 points at the beginning of the period, before experiencing a slight increase to exactly 50 points in 1991. From that point onwards, its popularity reached a low of 10 in 1994, the figure then grew to 40 in 1995.
L-tron surged dramatically to roughly 110 pints in 1996, rising by 70 points . Over the following four years the I-tron brand decreased slightly to 90 points . In contrast, the figure for BT-rack abruptly increased to approximately 75 in 1999. Thereafter, it jumped dramatically, overtaking the L-tron brand and reached a peak of 140 in the final year. It ended the period at around 140 points , making it the most popular product.
