The line chart represents the future projections for population of India and China over the span of half a century starting from the year 2000 and ends at 2050.
In this chart, we can tell that each and every marker is divided by the time period of approximately around 5 years. While observing the chart, it is estimated that India will surpass China in terms of population around the year 2030, while the former will keep on increasing dramatically where as the later will decline slightly by the year 2050.
While checking the Line of India, in the initial years, the population of it was very less compared to that of China but as the time went on the population kept increasing exponentially from 1 Billion to 1.6 Billion. While it is increasing it can be observed that even though the population was increasing continuously, there are signs of slight decrement of the amount of population being increased every year.
Checking the line of China, it is displayed at the beginning of this statistics that their initial population around the year 2000 was near 1.250 billion. It can be seen that until the year approximately 2025, the population kept on increasing but there were signs of decrease in the amount of population being increased every year, after reaching its peak, the population started decreasing significantly until 2050, which later depicted the difference between India and China’s population by a lot.
