Overall, the data presents fluctuations with these countries’ expenses on cars, nonetheless China has accounted the highest expenditure over the years while Indonesia spent the least.
In 1995, China has spent over 80 million on vehicles with a slight decrease on 2001 to 2003 and finally reached 90 million in 2005. In addition, Vietnam has constantly increased over the years from 50 million to over 70 million recorded sales. Thailand has rose in numbers as well despite the sudden drop in 1999 having 10 million difference from 1997 then continuously increased later on.
Consequently, Indonesia has kept the lowest rank from 1995 to 2001 but has abruptly increased in 2003 surpassing Thailand’s record that is over 60 million and almost reached Vietnam’s highest in 2005 accounting over 70 million that year.
