The chart illustrates the sales of books for kids, adult fiction and educational books from 2002 to 2006.

The sales of children’s books rose steadily. Adults fiction books fluctuated. The number of sales educational books also fluctuated by dipping.

The figures of books for children was on medium level, at first comparing with other books. It rose from 2003 to 2005 stability. Then increased gradually to about 56 million dollars.they have never dropped between 2002 and 2006. This figure was considerably higher than that of other books. Meanwhile the amount of sales adult fictions started with high amounts of dollars, then shrank and then leveled off before they fell.

The figures of educational books was 25 million dollars in 2002. Then It increased to 32 million dollars during one year. However after that it decreased again before 2005.Fortunately then it hit a their peak with about 33 million dollars in 2006.
