Overall, the rate of the both country had fluctuated during these 6 years. In the begin of the year, the rate of the US was higher almost 4.5 times than Japan. Subsequentely, the graph showed opposite rate in the end of the year
In 1993, the chart started with its peak approximately 7 percent, then it dropped rapidly to around 5.5 percent in the first two years, compared to Japan, it started with its lowest point a little bit ander 2.5 percent, then grew steadily to around 3 percent, the US still had 2.5 times higher than Japan.
During the next three years, the graph shows in the US, there was a slowly decrease and the Japan had a slowly increase. When they came to the middle of the March 1998 and March 1999, they had match the same rate in a little bit. under 4.5 percent. In the end of the year, the rate of Japan keep rising, and the rate of the US keep dropping onwards.
