overall, it can be seen that Melbourne was the least quantity in Austrialia since 2009, Canberra was the highest percentage in 2010.

to begin whith Melbourne it was the least quantity in Austrialia since 2009, in 2010 Darwin had been the least between these cities, it was only 20 percent total of 120%.

After that Canberra became this fisrt between these six cities, in 2009 it was 75% of 120%, then it became 99 percent in 2010; that means that in one year only it increased more than 15%, and that awesome.

looking from an overall prespective, it is rapidly apparent that in one year only you can do a big complete change, that means if your city was so law in water reservoirs you can do a change in a short time.
