Overall, it is noticeable that, the access to all modern technologies increased with a significant rise for internet.

First of all,it is clear that in the years 1996/97 the home computer and CD player were the primary two services people used them 35% and 60% respectively,then in 2002/03 both had a steady increase until the end of the period recording 60 per cent for the home computer and 80 percent for the CD player.

Mobile phones, initially less popular than the home computer at about 20% in 1996/97 ,however the mobile phone had a significant rise by the end of period to around 50 percent. Meanwhile , the internet access started from 1998/99 and people used it less rather than other technologies. Then ,the internet use decreased dramatically to around 40 percent.
