The bar chart illustrate internet usage at one of the Russian universities between August to November 2021.

In August, students was used internet on campus at about 20%. The number of guests had between approximately 20% and 80% usage internet respectevely. In 2021, teachers had 20% of usage on campus universities. The number of students increased in september at about around 35% use in universities. In October, it had rose approximately 60%.The number of students usage internet decreased slightly to about 65%.

Furthermore, guests declined in spetember from 42% utilize of internet.It decreased in octomber at about 20%. The number of guest in november had only 10% used internet on campus university. In sptember and november teachers was equal percentage of use on capus at about just above 75%.The nuber of teachers declined use of inetrenet at about only 10%

Overall, students internet usage increased from august to octomber. Then,it was deaceared slighly in novemver at about approximately 60%. The number of teachers usage internet had declined between august and november.
