Overall, it is evident that the city of Canada – Toronto – leads the chart as the country with the highest salary on this list for each role. In contrast, Mexico belongs to the bottom of the list, having figures that represents ‘a third’ when being compared to the canadian metropolis.
Likewise, Dubai maintains an average of 60,000, which is roughly three times higher than Mexico. Following in the list is Paris with an increase of 10%. Succeeding by the Tech Hub of Europe, Munich; with a slighty rise of 5% in annual income.
It is worth mentioning though, that there is a dramatically variation between each roles, Interpreters are often paid a 10% less than Translators, and Language Teachers tend to be poorly paid. However, in Mexico happens the opposite, those who enjoy teaching foreign languages have the highest wage.
