Overall, The Pizza House experienced the most significant growth, overtaking the other restaurants to become the highest earner by the end of the year. In contrast, The Grosvenor, despite starting as the market leader, saw a dramatic decline in the final months.
At the beginning of the year, The Grosvenor had the highest income at approximately 140, rising to a peak of around 175 in May before declining steadily. The Pizza House started at roughly 50 but showed consistent growth throughout the year, reaching nearly 200 by December. Meanwhile, The Taj Mahal and The Old Hall began at approximately 80 and 90 respectively, with both showing relatively stable but modest increases.
In the second half of the year, The Pizza House continued its upward trend, surpassing The Grosvenor around August and finishing at close to 200. By contrast, The Grosvenor’s income plummeted to approximately 50 in December, making it one of the lowest earners. The Taj Mahal and The Old Hall both ended the year at around 140 and 120 respectively, with The Taj Mahal experiencing a slight dip in November before recovering.
