Overall, it is evident that there is a decline in all the countries of the number of visitors, US and Canada were the regions suffered a lot while there was only a slight decrease in Australia. Additionally, the total income of tourism also shared a simlar trend due to a dramatic reduction through years.
According to the bar chart, in 2019, the figure of guests departing these countries were always above two million people. China and Japan were strengthened and mantained its major position for around 3 millions of guests, followed by Australia, which accounted for 2700 thounsands approximately. However, after the year by 2020, there was a significant drop in the total number of sightseers in most countries. US and Canada were the areas affected the most, which made up for a large decrease from 2 millions of visitors to around nearby 5 hundred thoundsands while the Europe’s guests were alleviated by twice to around 1 million passengers. China, Japan and Australia were in equality while there was only a slight decrease, these three countres contained more than 2000 thoundsands of visitors.
Regarding the remaining table, it is undeniable that most of the tourism’s fields suffered from this phenomenon. Hotel and Resort’s Industried fell down from 3.5 million dollars to 0.5 millions through one years while Restaurant, Bar and shops reduced half of its income for only 1.2 million dollars in 2020. Moreover, Transportation and Travel Agent only earned around 0.4 millions while there is only a small decrease within 0.3 millions in total for the Tour Guides, Small Vendors and other services.
