Overall, number of english speaker varied considerably over the years, Europe had the hightest number of english speaker as compared with middle east and asia those arrived in England and wales. Both groups experience fluctuation over the time and consider most english speaker arrived in between 2004-2009 and least figure was accounted during 1991-1996.

Before 1961, approximately 300000 people were proficient in english language, that figure was three times higer then middle east and asian population. After that, Europe had declined in numbers till 1996 with slight fluctuation and recorded at less then 100000 people . whereas, english speakers from middle east and asia had a significant raise and value reached to nearly 280000 in 1990, before droped dramatically to lowest point at 10000 in between 1991 to 1996.

A notablely incline was observed in both groups after 1997 till 2010. where europe as well as middle east and asia english spoken people numbers increased at peak . the recorded numbers were 550000 and 400000 respectively. Both countries people stayede remained consistent in 2010 and 2011.
