It is clear that the three different participation of a UK sports club experienced three diffirent trends in the time period . while , team sports and gym activities rose with some fluctuations, swimming decreased over time .
As the group shows, the percentage of team sports started atnearly 34 percent in 1983 followed by a small increase to about 34 percent in 1988. Afterward, it increased slighty until it rose to exactly 40 percent in 1998 . And than this rate decreased slowly to about 35 percent. Regurding the gym activites , it stood at 5 percent in 1983. Than it increased slightly to 7 percent in 1988. Additionally, it rose sharply until it went up to 27 percent in 2003.
However , the percentage of swimming showed a downword trend in the time period, this percentage started at 50 percent , and than decreased sharply till it fell to 15 percent in 1998. Although , it remained stable in 2003
