On the other hand, smartphone ownership by eduation level, although doctorate degree had the highest portion, it reached the smallest increased rate at 15% from 75% in 2002 to 90% in 2010. In contrast, no high school cettificate had the smallest proportion about 15% and 45% in these years among all categories. Then, high school graduate had the bigger rate increased at 30% from 30% in 2000 to 60% in 2010.
