Band 4+: The graphs below show the enrolments of overseas students and local students in Australian universities over a ten year period. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. You should write at least 150 words.

The ligne graphs represent the developpmentof forein and local students in Australian universities in a period of ten years from 2001 to 2010.

Overall, the informations given show that the total number of local stuudents was much bigger than overseas students, it was 20 time higer in 2001 and 70 time in 2010, whereas the commencing local students also was bigger than that of overseas students althought it was steady over the periode.

First of all , the number of overseas students at the commencing increased proportionally from 10000 in 2001 to 40000 in 2009 when it became steady, while local student’s number commencing number was flactuated, it was somtimes bigger and lower than 200000.

In the other hand, the total number of forein students was increasing slightly from 2001 whhen it was 20000 to 2003 with a number of 28000,but in last of the period the number increased respectively until 80000 in 2010, meanwhile local student’s total number had a high augmentation from 400000in 2001 to 600000 in 2006 when it became steady in that number for the last four yeas of the period
