The bar charts compare the percentage of film relased with the percentage of cinema ticket sales in 1996 and 2006 in a country.
Overall, Drama consistently had the highest released film category proportion, whereas Comedy dominated the ticket sales in both years. In addition, most categories saw an increase in both releases and sales, Romance decline ticket sales despite this its film release percentage stayed the same.
In terms of Drama, it accounted for around of all released films in 1996, and it risen drastic to proportion in 2006. Nevertheless, its cinema ticket sales showed gradually increased, moved from 16% to roughly 18% in 2006. As for Comedy, released films figure proportion grew from 20% to 25% in 10 years. Meanwhile Comedy saved its leader situation for ticket sales, it has a 1:5 ratio for all ticket sales in 1996. consistently its number of ticket sales increased and showen approximately 25% percentage in 2006.
For two other catagories, Fantasy also saw growth in two graphs. The percentage of Fantasy film released went up from 12% to about 16%,meanwhile its ticket sales doubled, increasing from %3 to %7. In contrast, Romance films release unchanged in two years, however its ticket sales figure dropped by half, decline from 5% to 2% in 10 years.
