Overall, it can be seen that sports and cartoons are equally preferred in the age group between 10-15 years old, whereas the interest in sports get lower among the age group of 16-20. In addition, news was highly actively watched in the age group of 21-25.
In the age group of 10-15 years old, sports and cartoons are equally viewed with the viewership of 26%, whereas drama is closely behind it with 23%. News is the genre that gained least popularity among this age group, while film genre has 19% of viewers. Moving on, drama is highly viewed genre in 16-20 aged group, whereas the people’s interest got lower in sports giving them the viewership of 17%.
Moving further, film was the second viewed genre in 16-20 year aged group. However, cartoons and news has a difference of 3 percent providing them the viewership of 15 and 18%. Eventually, in 21-25 years old age group, sports is the least watched TV programme, giving news the highest viewership with 33%. Drama and film only have a difference of 1 percent, of 22 and 21%, whereas, cartoons again gained popularity with 20% having 20% of viewership.
