Overall, both year people spend most of the money on food and cars. Weras other sector like books and computer has drastically dropped while restaurants has notable change and there are slight increase shown in petrol and furniture spending.

In 1971 people spend largest amount on food with 44% while second most of spending they make for cars with 22% of money. Following that UK people spend 10% on petrol 9% on their furniture, 6% on books and lowest amount they spend on computers with 2%.

In 2001 there are some notable changes shows as par pie chart. Most of their spending has increased in cars with 43% also with 12% of increase spending on computers and 14% of spending on restaurants increased and there slight increase on fuel (10%)and furniture(9%) also seen while, spending of food has drastically drop to 14% also amount of spending on books has dropped to 1%.
