Overall, the proportion of women employees in Iceland slightly declined, whereas in Germany, Chile and Canada gradualy increased. In contrast, Chile had a unique changes, by slightly decreasing until the halve of the whole period, and with a gradual rose at the end.
Turning to the countries, the percentage of women workers in Chile and Germany moderately rose. In the formal country percentage increased from about 35 to higher than 40, while in latter country the proportion of female employees rose from approximately 60 to about 65 percent. In contrast, country named Iceland slightly declined from higher than 60 to about 28 percent in 2009.
