The line graph compares the number of people in four different countries ( Germany, France, Italy, Austria) in terms of how much money was spent on purchasing books over a period of 10 years from 1995 to 2005.
Overall, in all 4 different countries the figures for purchasing books were increasing, which meant people from various nations were interested in reading books. In Germany people spent much money on books throughout the given period while in Austria this trend was the least at the start of the timeline. However, at the end of the period it was replaced with Italy as people allocated less money on books.
