Overall, it is evident that the average amount of fast food consumed per person in the UK and Japan went up throughout the period, whereas graph for USA showed a slight decline in the end of the period.
In the beginning of the period, the amount of junk food intake in USA was on top with 4 servings per person per week, which gradually increased throughout the period to reach about 6 servings per individual per week. Despite a significant increase, it showed a significant rise from above 6 servings to 8 servings in 2020. In comparison, the consumption of fast food in the UK and Japan was above 1 servings and below 1 serving in 1980 respectively. This figure for the UK showed a rapid growth over the period and reached to about 6.5 servings per person per week.
Turning to Japan, the amount of unhealthy food eaten by individuals was lowest in the beginning of the period, which increased significantly during the period and remaind the lowest at approximetly 4.5 in the end.
