France was first in this ranking at the beginning, with 50%, and was more than twice that of Germany, but during the period, it decreased sharply to 30% in 2013. In 2013, it started to increase sharply to 40% in 2015 and became third in this rate.
The UK percentage gradually increased from 35% to 40%, then stabilized for some time. In 2009, it started to rise significantly to 60% and reached its peak, becoming the first in the ranking. Also, the percentage of Germany increased gradually from 20% to just below 60% in 2015.
