Overall, the USA remained the highest throughout the period. The UK showed significant fluctuations,while ltaly experienced an initial increase before declining gradually.

In 2000, the internet users in the USA and Italy increased at roughly the same rate, the USA has 5 millions and Italy 3 millions. While uk declined gradually by 2005. During the same period the USA fall gently at approximately 4.5 millions used internet in 2010.And ltaly experienced a steady decline to 2 millions the end of period by 2015.In contrast the uk reach a lowet point about 0.5 million in 2010 then rose sharply 3 millions by 2015. Comperac with USA increased dramatically at 7 millions used the internet in 2015.
