Overall,south and west experienced the most significant growth,whereas northeast and midwest saw the most significant decline.Moreover the number of south experienced a noticeable upward trend over the period.

In 2006 year,the single family was composed of several south,with west dominating at nine hundred thousand and four hundred thousand,while midwest and north representing a small proportion.While the number of single family house in south decline dramatically to 450,000 in 2008, the figure for west decreased reapidly to just 200,000 over the same period.There was a slightly decline in the number of sing family in south to 300,000 in 2010,followed by a sharp increase to 350,000 in 2012.The figure for share of west fall to 100,000 in 2010 but rapidly increase in 2012.

At the begining of the period, tutoral of sing family home in midwest and west accounted for to 300,00 and 200,000 respectively.The midwest witnessed a significantly fall in 2010,peaking at 100,000 in 2012.In comprison with the process of west enousmously decreased to 900,00 in 2010, after a peaking sharply declined to 200,000 in 2012.
