As it can be seen that the most houses constructed in the south, which demonstrated that the number of houses constructed was highest, about 900,000 houses respectively. Then this figure decreased at 300,000 in 2010 and made a soar rise up in 2010 accounting for 350,000 houses approximately. In contrast, the proportion of the detached houses reached the lowest point, which was only under a half of the highest point, lower than 200,000 houses.The same pattern can be demonstrated with a lower number of 100,000 single detached houses in 2012.
