the line graph compares the number of fixed and mobile telephone subsccribers in Africa from 1994 to 2004. Overall,the mobile users had the highest persentage at the end of the period, while the fixed lines consistently recorded the lowest.
in 1994, There were no users of mobile phones through out of this period, but the proprotion of users was increased with 1 percent of africans. although it fluctuated in the following years, and the percentages increased again and again reached about 9 percent by 2004, the highest point among all countries.
Fixed lines were much more popular than mobile phone phones in 1994.While fixed lines were fairly stable over the entire period, except the little increasing in 1999to around 3 percent, than picked about 3.3 percent in the end of the period.
