The line graph illustrates data about how many students from three developed countries – US, UK, Australia who pursued their studies in foreign nations over 5 years from 2002 to 2007.
Overall, what can be seen from the graph is that the main higher figure for the US over the period was a significant increase, while the Australia remained low trends over the year given.
It is clear that approximately 50000 American students attended overseas universities in 2002 which the highest among three countries. However, this number declined slightly to 47000 in 2004, after picked up the pieces to 50000 end of the period.
British students constituted 30000 at the beginning of the period and stabilized at this level by 2003 which showed higher quantity compered to Australia. This amount went down gradually to 23000 by ove the following years.
In terms of the Australian students were constant at 10000 throughout the period which was the lowest proportion than the two other contries.
