First of all, today I’m going to talk about music sales.
According to line graphs in 2011 music industries made more sales with CD purchase. It was almost of people who buy music with CD’s. Neither streaming nor downloading was popular in this year. But as we can see after that year streaming became more popular. If we look at the graphs streaming had an increase between 2014 and 2015. When it comes to downloading it decreases after 2014.
In 2011 streaming was the lowest however I n 2018 streaming became highest way to buy music. In that process CD’s and downloading went more low. As we can understand when technology progressed people preferred buy music online way.
in 2018 majority of the music sales were streaming, downloading and CD purchasing. So we can realize that people more tend to streaming nowadays. I think it’s because are lives changed a lot. For example if we ask elderly people, I think are going to prefer purchasing CD’s because they are used to this.
In conclusion progressing in time change our habits in everything. Even the way we listen or buy music. In my opinion buying online is better than CD’s because like I said we are loving according to technology.
