Overall, all of user’s turning point is 2010. The figure for cars increased slightly up to 2010 before declining for the last 10 years, and it was the highest over the period, followed by bus and bicycle users.
Starting at around 60% in 2000, the percentage of car users reached over 60% and it was the highest figure over the period, but it declined gradually between 2015 and 2020. In 2020, it was around 50%.
By contrast, the percentage of bus users was around 40% and it decreased slightly between 2000 and 2010. From 2010 to 2020, the percentage of bus users was stable. In 2020, it was over 20% and the figure matched the rate of bicycle user. The rate of bicycle users leveled off for the first 10 years, and it was the lowest percentage (at 10%) over the period. However, the rate of bicycle users rose clearly for the last 10 years.
