The given maps illustrate changes in Stokeford city over a period from 1930 to 2010.
Overall, that city was given significant changes in buildings and plan the whole urban area. There were houses built, adds roads and etc.
At the beginning, in 1930, in Stokeford the houses were situated mainly in north, at around 7 houses and 3 apartments in the center of municipality, between those houses were shops and post office and in front of these, situated primary school. At the back of Primary school and in the south were farmlands and bridge. Large house with gardens was on the left of the school. In the west there flew river “stoke”.
After 80 years, there were some changes. Firstly, there were destroyed shops and instead of this, they pave the way and built the houses, same road was added in front of this way and added houses. The large house was replaced with retirement home, and gardens were removed and in their place were included cottages, in front of retirement home, there also was introduced the squared road and around this road appended residence. Farmland disappeared and in South there appeared dwellings, Primary school became bigger.
