Overall, the area went under significant changes, while the most striking feature is the addition of dual carrigeway throughout the centre.
Currently, at the north side of the town, countryside is situated. At the back of the coutryside, there are several shops, which has been divided by a main road. At the southeast corner, there is a park. Furthermore, the school building is located on the southwest side. At the middle of both park and school, two housings are situated as well.
By contrast, in the new plan, dual carrigeway has been added, which has covered the whole plan from every side. The shops on front raw has be demolished and the area has been transformed into a bus station, a shopping centre and a car shop. At the right side of the car park, new housings has been added as well. Moreover, the main road has been transformed in a pedestrians only road. Lastly, the size of the park has been reduced.
