Overall, it is clear that the farmland was replaced by a golf and a tennis area, and the forest park was cutting down. New four apartments were built replacing the fish market and the shop replaced with a new restaurant.

In 1995, the north of the map, there were farmlands next to the forest park. On the other side of the road, there was a housing area along the road. To the south of the sea, there was a fishing market and shop was located on the opposite side of the road. A fishing port was located in the sea.

In present day, it can be seen that the fishing facilities were all destroyed, being replaced by four apartments and the cafe stayed in the same place. A new car park built next to the hotel, and the shop was replaced by five restaurants. To the north of the map, the housing area increases in size by adding two more houses. In the east of the map, there are new sport facilities like golf and tennis areas and forest park cutting down. However, the hotel did not change its place.
