Firstly, at the north of village is the only one bridge in the village which is across the river Stokeford. Next to the bridge, was the street that pass through the village at the south way. Along the street, there are the house, shops on the west and the farmland on the east in 1930. However, in 2010, there were changes the shops and farmland into the branches street along with houses. Furthermore, there was farmland in the south side of the post office and opposite was the garden in 1930 were altered to the houses and retirement home, respectively.
Another features, in 2010, the places was still similarly as in 1930. The post office which was located under the shops and the primary school which was opposite to the post office of the village was stayed resembling to 1930.
