The given illustrations deoict the plan for redevelopment of the second floor of Mason’s building. Overall, it can be seen that the area which previously allocated for living and dining has been transformed into studio and it’s audience over the years.

There are numerous striking features for this building can be observed after its evolution. For instance, the area of living and dining has been converted into a studio and it’s audience. Additionally, bedroom #1, which was located on the left side of the front of house, transformed into a studio storage room. Moreover, the space for bedroom #2 has been converted into a guest room #2; however, the size of landing has increased but the position remains unchange.

Apart from this, a kitchen which was located on the north-west corner of the building has been modified and the space, allocated for a master bedroom. Lastly, the space of bedroom #3 has been transformed into a laundry; however, the area of bath, which was located just below the bedroom #3 remains unchange after redevelopment.
