Overall, the area is expected to undergo significant development, with replacement of road by linear parks, building new establishment, and some existing buildings likely to be replaced.
At the current time, Old Castle is located in the northern part of the area. Below it, there is the Museum of Architecture. On the left side of the road, there is a food store and an embassy. Several apartment houses and a house are located on the right side of the road. In the southern part, there are an art gallery and a theatre. At the bottom, there is a construction site, while a hotel is situated nearby.
By 2035, several new facilities will be constructed. A pub and restaurant will be added near the food store. A gift shop and an exhibition center will be built next to the embassy. An open-air exhibition area will replace the current construction site. In addition, a florist’s shop will ne established near the theatre. Most of the residential buildings such as apartments and houses will remain unchanged.
