The two plans illustrate the transformation of Science Park between 2008 and the present.
Overall, with the construction of various facilities, the most prominent changes are in the northern part of the area, specifically the research facility and public amenities.
In 2008, the Grasslands were the predominant feature of the northwest region. Subsequently, they have been replaced by the Research and Development block, while the tree cover appears unchanged. Additionally, two buildings have been separated, with the Cyber Security unit expanding significantly, nearly doubling in size. Transportation infrastructure has also been modified, including a recalculation of car parking capacity and its location.
In the meantime, public transportation infrastructure has been significantly enhanced with the addition of a railway and a conveniently located bus stop in the eastern part. Furthermore, a dedicated cycle path has been established, providing a safe and healthy transportation option. In the southern part, the IT center has been renamed the Innovation centre.
