The two maps compare the layouts of a trade conference in 2009 and 2010.
In general, it is obvious that most features of a conference were altered, except for the main and the side entrances as well as the registration area at the top. The main developments involved the replacement of old facilities and the addition of new ones, making the trade conference more modern.
Looking at the left-hand side of the map, in 2009 there was a display area at the centre of the conference floor, which was later eliminated completely in the following year. Similarly, formerly occupied by a concert hall and a meeting room, the western areas were converted into an exhibition space, while the seating was rearranged to accommodate the new use.
Regarding the right-hand side of the map, the balcony was modified with the addition of a lounge area to provide a space for relaxation. Likewise, an exhibition area was relocated from the lower part of the conference floor to the western part of it and was replaced by a concert hall, which included a stage and several seats. Meanwhile ,the appearance of a registration desk adjacent to the concert hall marked a significant change to the layout.
At the top of the map, no changes can be seen in the layout of the primary and secondary entrances, along with the registration area at the top of the conference floor.
