Overall, the venue underwent major changes over a one-year period, most notably the creation of the second registration area, alongside the addition of a lounge area within the balcony. Furthermore, the exhibition area was relocated and expanded towards the left-hand side, whereas the concert hall and stage were repositioned. In addition, the former meeting room and display area were removed, while the entrances and the original registration desk remained unchanged.
In 2009, there was a registration desk located between the main entrance and the side entrance at the northern end of the layout. Further inside, there was a concert hall with a seating area, which adjoined the meeting room containing a stage and seats. To the right-hand side of the plan, there was a balcony, whereas an exhibition area was beneath the balcony. In addition, a display area occupied the central section of the layout.
In 2010, several striking changes took place in the conference layout. The entrances and original registration desk remained unchanged, while the display area and meeting room were removed. Meanwhile, the concert hall, including its stage and seating area, was relocated to the southern part of the venue beneath the balcony. In addition, the balcony underwent a slight expansion to accommodate a lounge area. Most notably, the exhibition area was expanded and shifted towards the left-hand side of the layout.
